TERMS & CONDITIONS

Prepayment is required on all trips. If you need to cancel more than 48 hours in advance of you trip, you will receive a full refund. In the event of questionable weather, we will contact you before your scheduled departure. For your safety, we reserve the right to cancel trips due to inclement weather. In case of cancellation due to weather conditions, we will reschedule your trip or give you a refund.

Every participant must read and sign a Participant Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement before the trip departs. Children seventeen years and younger will need a parent or guardian signature.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anybody for reasons of misbehavior, intoxication, etc. or those judged to be unfit for the activity.
